Killer strategy or killer resume? What's most important?

I'll admit.

I already have a strong opinion on this. But I want to ask you, the job seeker, what you think.

Do you think you'd be better off with:

A killer resume and a so-so job search strategy, or
A killer job search strategy and a so-so resume?

I want to ensure that JobJenny.com best serves YOU, and speaks directly to the things that are most critical to you.

JobJenny.com has grown in leaps and bounds since its launch in early 2010 (thank you!!) But it has grown differently than I expected it to. Recognizing this? I'm going to carve out some significant time for strategic planning over the next few weeks, plotting out what comes next for the site.

And I'd deeply appreciate your input on what matters most to you.

Because that is why this entire site exists. For you.
